I have run out of ideas and would appreciate any help that is available. I did a full antivirus software scan and found no viruses either. I tried a restore of the entire system to a restore point that I thought was the problem. I tried to install different version of iTunes, 12.1.3.6 and especially 12.1.2.27. When it plant, I get a blue screen with a lot of text that does not stay up long enough to read. ITunes crashes on start up with Windows Vistaįor the last week or so iTunes crashed during startup to the top in Windows Vista.
